Bus Routes & Transportation

Friday, July 26, 2024 Update:  
Bus routes are almost complete for the 2024-25 school year!  In the meantime, families are encouraged to create their free account in the new transportation system.  The school division will send out messaging when routes are completed and accessible to families.

Beginning August 2024, Botetourt County Public Schools is using a new bus routing and transportation program.  The following instructions and how-to documents will help families create their free account and adjust their preferences.

To view your child's bus information:

1. Using the Chrome browser, go to https:/myridek12.tylerapp.com/
2. Click Register to create a free account (required to view or adjust transportation information)
3. Enter your email address, a password, and name.
4. Check for a confirmation email and click the link in the message to confirm your registration.
5. When prompted, search for Botetourt County Public Schools
6. Click Add Student and enter your child's Student ID and Date of Birth
7. Once linked to your account, click on your child's profile to see all relevant transportation information
