Textbook Adoption Information

Botetourt County Public Schools will be adopting new textbooks and instructional materials for the following grade levels and content areas:

Elementary Math: Grades Kindergarten - 5th

Accelerate Learning- STEMscopes
Kiddom- Kiddom Virginia Math

Middle School Math: Grades 6th - 8th

SAVVAS Learning Company LLC- Virginia enVision
Mathspace, Inc.- Mathspace Virginia

High School Math: Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II

Mathspace, Inc.- Mathspace Virginia

The public is invited to review these materials from December 1, 2025 through January 5, 2026. Please make an appointment with your child's school to review the samples sent in by the various publishers. If digital/electronic samples are available, the textbook information above will be hyperlinked.

The public is also welcome to offer comment about textbook adoption in writing or by using an online Google Form. Please refer to the following to submit electronic or written comments:

Comments must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026. Adoption results are expected to be finalized and taken to the school board for approval by February, at the latest.
