Information is being sent to all families of current 11th grade students with information about immunization requirements for 12th grade. To assist our families, the BCPS Health Services Dept. has scheduled the following immunization clinics:
Thursday, April 23 at BTEC
11:00 - 12:00 for morning BTEC students
1:00 - 2:00 for afternoon BTEC students
Thursday, April 30
9:00 - 11:00 at James River HS
1:00 - 3:00 at Lord Botetourt HS
Pre-registration is required. To register, call the Botetourt County Health Department at (540) 666-4275 or complete the registration form provided below:
A parent or guardian is not required to be present if a Vaccination Consent Form has been completed.
